汽车点焊超声波检测技术发展与趋势

Development and trend of ultrasonic testing in automobile spot welding

  • 摘要: 电阻点焊在汽车工业是一种最常用的焊接方式。电阻点焊焊接过程短暂而复杂,焊接过程中熔核的形成不可见,容易出现各种不同类型的焊接缺陷。因此,对点焊接头进行监测和检测是非常必要的。点焊无损检测中最重要的手段是超声波检测。首先对汽车车身点焊的质量检测与监测手段进行综述,然后着重论述点焊超声波检测技术、点焊超声波检测系统的分类与产品现状、点焊超声波检测的信号处理方法、成像技术等关键问题,最后总结当前面临的主要难题,并预测未来的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Resistance spot welding is one of the most commonly used welding methods in the automotive industry. The welding process is short and complicated and the formation of the weld nugget is not visible. Thus it is necessary to monitor and assess the weld quality. In this paper,the inspection methods used for automobile spot weld quality were reviewed. Then ultrasonic testing technology was discussed emphatically,which includes the classification of ultrasonic detection system and the present products,signal processing methods,imaging technology,etc.At last,the current main challenges were summarized and the future development trend was introduced.
