Effect of δ-ferrite on impact toughness of GX8CrNi12 weld metal

  • 摘要: 为了研究GX8CrNi12钢用焊条熔敷金属中δ-铁素体对冲击韧性的影响,采用Balmforth相组分图对焊条熔敷金属相组织体积分数的预测,制备了5种不同化学成分的焊条。采用多功能X射线衍射仪和金相显微镜定性定量的确定了5种焊条熔敷金属的金相组织及体积分数;采用冲击试验机测定焊条熔敷金属的冲击韧性。结果表明:GX8CrNi12钢用焊条熔敷金属的冲击韧性主要取决于δ-铁素体的含量,随着δ-铁素体含量的增加,冲击韧性降低。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of δ-ferrite on the toughness of δ-ferrite in electrodeposited GX8CrNi12 steel,five types of electrodes with different chemical compositions were prepared by using the Balmforth phase diagram to predict the volume fraction of deposited metal in the electrode. Multi-functional X-ray diffraction and metallographic microscope were used to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the metallographic microstructure and volume fraction of the five kinds of electrodeposited metals. The impact toughness of the deposited metal was measured by impact tester. The results show that the impact toughness of GX8CrNi12 steel electrode depends mainly on the content of δ-ferrite.With the increase of δ-ferrite content,the impact toughness decreases.
