焊接机器人在盾构机刀盘部件制造中的应用

Application of welding robot to manufacturing of shield cutter head components

  • 摘要: 针对盾构机刀盘部件类型多样、结构复杂、焊缝众多、尺寸差异显著的特点,开发了机器人焊接系统。该机器人焊接系统采用双工位、配置了焊接数据库,并可以通过三维离线编程软件进行示教,从而显著提高了机器人的编程效率和使用效率。进行了盾构机中心刀梁、刀箱机器人焊接试验,试验获得的焊接工艺参数已成功地应用于生产实践之中,焊接过程稳定高效且焊缝美观、一致性好。结果表明,该机器人焊接系统因为能够大幅度降低劳动强度、改善劳动环境、提高焊缝质量、提升焊接生产效率,将在中心刀梁、刀箱、扭腿等刀盘部件的制造,以及盾构机管片拼装机的制造等众多场合中发挥重要作用。

     

    Abstract: According to the features of shield cutter head components such as diversity,complicated structure,a large number of welds and prominent size difference,a robotic welding system was specially developed. The robotic welding system can observably improve programming and welding efficiency,because of configuration of double-station,welding database,and a 3 D off-line programming software. Welding tests of central head beam and cutter frame were carried out,and welding process specifications obtained from which were applied successfully in practical production,which shows not only a stable and efficient welding process but also welds with good appearance and consistency. The results show that because the robotic welding system can largely reduce labour strength,improve work environment,improve weld quality,and increase welding production efficiency,which will play a key role in many cases in manufacturing cutter head components such as central head beam,cutter frame,and corbel,and also in manufacture segment erector.
