690镍基合金焊丝热裂纹测试与评价方法研究

Thermal crack test and evaluation method for welding wire of 690 nickel alloy

  • 摘要: 核岛主设备用690镍级合金焊接材料具有严重的热裂纹敏感性,作为行业公认的国际性难题,其测试和评价方法十分重要。利用STF试验、可调拘束试验、重熔试验、纵向切片试验和大厚度裂纹试验等试验方法,对690镍基合金焊丝热裂纹敏感性进行了测试、分析与评价。结果表明:大厚度裂纹试验是690镍基合金热裂纹最有效的测试与评价方法。试验用ERNiCrFe-7A焊丝中FM52M焊丝的裂纹敏感性最低,WHS690M在大厚度下出现裂纹,WHS694M焊丝各项性能优良,裂纹敏感性与FM52M相当。

     

    Abstract: 690 nickel based materials for the welding of nuclear device have serious hot crack sensitivity. As an industry recognized international difficult problem,their test and evaluation method are very important. By STF test,varestraint test,remelting experiment,longitudinal section test and large thickness crack test,the hot cracking sensitivity of 690 nickel-based wire was tested,analyzed and evaluated. Results show that the crack sensitivity of FM52M wire is the lowest,cracks appear when WHS690M wire was used in welding large thickness plate and all the performances of WHS694M wire are excellent,its crack sensitivity is equivalent to that of FM52M.
