铝/钢接头端部焊接结构优化

Structural optimization of Al/steel dissimilar welded joints

  • 摘要: 针对不锈钢和铝合金异种金属焊接接头的结构形式展开研究,对钢端采用的对接接头和搭接接头的优缺点进行对比分析,并对铝端的焊接接头形式进行了优化。结果表明:采用TIG对接焊的接头形式要优于采用电阻滚焊的接头形式。铝端的凸台结构距离焊缝端面不能过近,否则会使得局部刚度过大,焊接残余应力集中于靠近凸台一侧,导致焊缝产生纵向裂纹。

     

    Abstract: The structure of the welded joints of stainless steel and aluminum alloy were studied in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of butt joints and lap joints were compared,and the most optimal solution was obtained. The results show that TIG butt welded joints are superior to that by the electric resistance welding. The aluminum crown can not be close to the weld end. The crown structure which was close to the end of the weld made the local rigidity and higher residual stress,which easily made the longitudinal crack.
