Abstract: Double wire arc welding technology has outstanding advantages in improving welding speed and flux,and has been used in many industries.In view of the double wire arc welding technology,welding researchers had developed many kinds of double wire arc welding equipment,and on the basis of the brief introduction of each process characteristic,the equipment of double wire arc welding were compared.The welding parameters,physical characteristics of arc,droplet transition and arc interference of double wire arc welding were analyzed and summarized,and the shortages of the existing methods and their future development trends were put forward to promote the further development and application of double wire arc welding technology.
