Abstract:
For the research status of nuclear power Inconel 690 nickel-base alloy, the mechanical properties of deposited metal were studied.Inconel 690 filler metal has been researched on deposited metal and tensile fracture and cracks by metalloscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that there were a large number of precipitates in the deposited metal, which mainly distributed along interdendritic distribution. With the increased of the content of Mn and Nb in the deposited metal, the number and size of the precipitates increased. The DDC morphology decreased, grain boundary slip was tacked by the precipitated phase.Mn and Nb elements in deposited metal can increase the plastic reserve of materials, which enhanced the resistance to DDC significantly.
