Abstract: The automatic laser welding equipment was designed for automobile sensor,which included laser,cabinet,welding fixture,workbench,processing head and mechanical parts.The welding fixture is the core component of automation equipment,which included bilateral driving mechanism,elastic pressure mechanism and mechanical parts.The welding fixture can be used to realize the precise position and compression for sensor,and welding quality was ensured.The whole equipment used manual supplying and feeding,and then automatically completed location,clamping,rotating and welding of the sensor,which saved labor costs and improved production efficiency.
