等离子弧焊接过程数值模拟研究现状分析

A review of numerical simulation of plasma arc welding process

  • 摘要: 等离子弧焊接过程数值模拟是研究等离子弧焊接机理和优化等离子弧焊接工艺参数的重要手段。以对小孔的处理方式作为分类依据,从未直接考虑小孔的PAW数理模型、假定小孔形状的PAW数理模型、计算追踪小孔边界的PAW数理模型、追踪小孔并直接考虑小孔作用的PAW数理模型四个方面综述了国内外等离子弧焊接过程数值模拟的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: It is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to numerically simulate welding process. Numerical simulation of plasma arc welding is one of the key ways to study the mechanism in PAW and to optimize the PAW parameters. The treatment method of keyhole is taken as the classification basis. The PAW models contains four kinds,which are PAW model without considering the keyhole,PAW model with assuming keyhole shape,PAW model with tacking the keyhole,and PAW model with both tacking the keyhole and coupling the keyhole.The advances in PAW are demonstrated and reviewed in this paper.
