核岛RIC热电偶导管堵头结构设计及焊接工艺

Seal welding process of RIC thermocouple tube in 1 000 MW nuclear power plant

  • 摘要: 针对某核电厂RIC系统E13热电偶柱的K13导管硼结晶事件,对其采用了封堵方案。从焊接坡口、焊道布置、焊接工艺和堵头形状等方面对K13导管的封堵进行了多次模拟,通过无损检验、水压试验、宏观观察和微观组织等手段对接头开展性能评价,有效防止了焊接接头未熔合和裂纹等缺陷,确定了最终的封堵和焊接工艺。结果表明,此封堵和焊接工艺容易实施、密封性好,同时避免了因抽出、插入大量热电偶产生的复杂工序,在工期和风险方面能够得到较好的控制。

     

    Abstract: According to the K13 catheter boron crystallization event in the E13 thermocouple column of the RIC system happened in a nuclear power plant,a sealing design was adopted. The sealing of K13 catheter had been simulated from the aspects of welding groove,welding bead,welding process,and shape of plug. The performances of joint were evaluated by nondestructive test,hydraulic test,macroscopic observation and microstructure of weld. The welded joint is free of defects,such as incomplete fusion and cracks,and the final sealing and welding process were determined. The practical application shows that the sealing and welding process are easy to be implemented,and the sealing ability is good. At the same time,it avoids the complicated processes produced by pumping out and inserting a large number of thermocouples,and it can be better controlled in the construction period and risk.
