0.1mm不锈钢激光密封焊接工艺

Laser seal welding process of stainless steel with 0. 1 mm in thickness

  • 摘要: 针对0.1 mm不锈钢电池壳的密封焊接,采用纳秒激光器进行焊接试验。通过对焊接工艺参数:平均功率、焊接速度及激光频率三因素进行正交试验,并对焊缝进行抗拉强度测试,结果表明,对焊缝抗拉强度影响最大的参数是平均功率,其次为焊接速度,最次为激光频率。经过密封性测试,当激光功率为60 W时,产品均满足密封性要求。对焊缝进行了盐雾试验,试验结果表明,当使用氮气作为保护气体时,焊缝表面外观未发生氧化,盐雾试验后焊缝未生锈。

     

    Abstract: The nanosecond laser was used for seal welding experiments of stainless steel with 0. 1 mm in thickness. The process parameters of laser power,welding speed,laser frequency were optimized by orthogonal experiment,and then the tensile strength was tested. The testing result showed that the most influential parameter on tensile strength is laser power. After seal testing,all samples can meet the sealing requirements at laser power of 60 W. The result of spray testing showed that the welds are not corroded when the nitrogen gas was used as the protective gas.
