基于PLC的焊接摆动器控制系统设计

Design of PLC control system for welding wiggler

  • 摘要: 为了提高焊接精度,提升焊接质量和焊接效率,设计了一款具有良好交互界面的焊接摆动器自动控制系统。首先分析了焊接摆动器机械结构,并在此基础上设计了一套以欧姆龙CP1H PLC为控制核心、威纶触摸屏为人机交互系统、松下伺服电机执行驱动的焊接摆动控制系统,详细给出了控制系统硬件结构。并在硬件结构基础上,进行了控制系统软件设计。最后对该控制系统进行了试验验证,试验结果表明该系统在拥有友好的显示界面、性能可靠、稳定性强的前提下,具有较高的定位精度,能够满足焊接过程中焊枪摆动的需要。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve welding accuracy,welding quality and welding efficiency,an automatic PLC control system for welding wiggler with good interaction interface is designed. Firstly,the mechanical structure of the welding wiggler was analyzed,and a set of welding torch swing control system was designed,which takes OMRON CP1 H PLC as the control core,the touch screen of WLP was the human-computer interaction system,the servo motor was driven by the Panasonic servo motor,and the hardware structure of the control system was given in detail.Based on the hardware structure,the control system software was developed. The experimental results show that the system has friendly display interface,reliable performance and strong stability,and can meet the needs of welding torch swing during the welding process.
