电弧增材制造技术在材料制备中的研究现状及挑战

Research status and challenges of wire and arc additive manufacturing in material preparation

  • 摘要: 增材制造技术可直接低成本一体化制造复杂构件,成为最具潜力的材料加工技术。针对大尺寸复杂构件的低成本、高效快速近净成形,基于堆焊技术发展起来的电弧增材制造技术(WAAM)成为最合适的方法。综述了近年来国内外学者关于电弧增材制造技术在不同材料成形工艺参数及力学性能方面的成果,分析了工艺参数对不锈钢、铝合金和钛合金三种常见材料组织与性能影响规律,对未来电弧增材制造技术的发展方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Additive manufacturing can be directly integrated low-cost manufacturing complex components,and it has become the most potential material processing technology. Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing( WAAM) based on surfacing technology is the most suitable method for low-cost,fast and near net-shape of large-size and complex components. In this paper,the achievements at home and broad in recent years about WAAM in different material forming process parameters and organizational performance were summarized,and the directional suggestions were proposed for the future development of WAAM.
