陶瓷与金属异种材料连接技术研究现状

Research status of joining technology of ceramic to metal

  • 摘要: 陶瓷与金属的连接构件可充分互补其各自性能上的不足,改变了单一的复杂陶瓷零件成型困难与使用过程中抵抗冲击载荷能力差的现状。连接方法降低了陶瓷与金属的连接构件的制造成本,在众多领域上有潜在的应用前景。其相应的连接方法包括钎焊连接、自蔓延高温合成连接和固相扩散连接等。以五种常见的陶瓷为例,分析了陶瓷与金属连接的难点,对陶瓷与金属异种材料的连接现状进行了论述。重点介绍了陶瓷与金属的连接机理、工艺特点及研究现状,并对发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Joining components of ceramics and metal can make up for the deficiency in their individual performance,which change the situation of difficult forming and poor resistance to shock load of mono-complex ceramic parts in use,and the joining methods also reduce the manufacturing cost of composite materials. The corresponding joining methods include the most widely used brazing,self-propagating high-temperature synthesis( SHS) joining,and solid-phase diffusion joining,and so on. Five kinds of common ceramics being taken as examples in this paper,the difficulties in joining ceramics to metal were analyzed,the current joining status of dissimilar materials between ceramics and metal were discussed. Besides,and the joining mechanism,technical characteristic and research status were introduced. At last,the prospect on the future development trend was proposed.
