焊接电流信号滤波算法研究

  • 摘要: 弧焊电源在焊接工作过程中, 电流信号容易受到内部与外部多种因素影响, 从而使电流信号噪声变得尤为复杂。而高质量的焊接电流信号对于数字化的电源控制系统尤为重要。针对双丝电流信号干扰复杂、多样化的特点,提出了一种基于梯度自适应格型的焊接电源滤波算法。首先建立了梯度自适应格型滤波方程,提出采用梯度格型自适应联合估计的方法对电源信号进行滤波。针对选择不同的参数对滤波效果不同,确定了最佳的滤波参数。最后对提出的算法进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:自适应的梯度格型算法能够有效的滤除各种噪声,运行时间和光滑度上都表现较好。

     

    Abstract: Arc welding power supply in the welding process,the current signals are vulnerable to internal and external factors,so that the current signal noise is particularly complex,and high quality welding current signal is very important for the digital power supply control system.According to interference with complex and diverse characteristics of twin-wire current signal,a welding power source was proposed based on gradient Adaptive lattice filter algorithm. Firstly,the gradient adaptive lattice filter was established. The method of gradient lattice adaptive joint estimation was proposed to filter the power signal. By selecting different parameters on different filter effects,the optimal parameters of the filter were determined. Finally,the method presented in this paper was simulated,the simulation results show that the adaptive gradient lattice algorithm can effectively filter out all kinds of noise,and the operation time and smoothness are better.
