钛和钢等高强度合金搅拌摩擦焊搅拌头用材的研究进展

Progress in research of tool materials for friction stir welding of high-strength metals

  • 摘要: 搅拌摩擦焊技术克服了传统焊接技术的弱点,在铝镁等软质材料的焊接上应用十分广泛。但是受到搅拌头用材的制约,搅拌摩擦焊在钛、钢等焊接难度较大的高强度合金上的应用仍很局限。因此选择一种合适的材料,开发既廉价又安全可靠的搅拌头成为各国研究者研究的重点。文中将对国内外不同工况下高强度合金搅拌摩擦焊时搅拌头用材进行阐述,说明了不同材质的搅拌头焊接钛、钢的焊接效果、搅拌头焊接时的磨损和失效情况,并对比分析了各搅拌头材料的性能及优缺点,同时对高强度合金搅拌摩擦用材的发展做出了展望。

     

    Abstract: Friction stir welding technology overcomes the weaknesses of traditional welding technology,especially in the welding of soft materials such as magnesium and aluminum. But the application of friction stir welding to high-strength metals such as titanium and steel,is still limited by the tool materials. It has become the focus of researchers all over the world to choose a suitable material and develop a cheap and reliable stir tool. In this paper,the application of tool materials to the welding of high-strength metals at home and abroad was described,and the performance,advantages and disadvantages of each material were analyzed. Meanwhile,the application development of tools was prospected.
