抗裂性优良的核电用E309L焊条的研制
Development of stainless electrode E309L with excellent cracking susceptibility for nuclear power

摘要: 通过合理调整药皮中氟化物、氧化物及碳酸盐的比例,改善E309L,焊条的工艺性,同时合理地控制熔敷金属中铬镍当量比,研制的E309L,焊条具有优良的焊接工艺性和抗裂性,焊态及热处理态下熔敷金属的力学性能能够满足核电技术要求。Abstract: Stainless electrode E309L was developed by reasonably adjusting ratio of fluoride,oxide and carbonate in the electrode,controlling chromium nickel equivalent ratio of deposited metal. The results showed that all performances of as-welded and heat treatment conditions can meet with the requirement,which exhibited good technological performances,excellent cracking susceptibility.
