超级双相不锈钢焊后固溶处理的实际应用

Practical application of solid solution treatment after welding to super duplex stainless steel

  • 摘要: 随着超级双相不锈钢在化工、石化加工、造纸、海上作业等行业的广泛应用,公司承制了一台超级双相不锈钢(SA240 S32750)材料的设备,该设备外形尺寸较大,壁厚较厚,材料及焊缝的冲击韧性及耐腐蚀性等要求较高,有些部件需要进行热成型,有些部件由于冷成型的变形率较高,成型后都需要进行固溶处理以恢复材料性能。伴随着双相钢焊接技术与热处理工艺的不断进步,在实际工作过程中参考原材料的固溶处理工艺,对双相钢成型、焊接后的固溶处理进行了多次试验,积累了一些经验,为防止环境等因素的影响,提高了固溶处理温度,文中进行了简要说明。

     

    Abstract: Super duplex stainless steel is widely used in chemical,petrochemical processing, papermaking,offshore operations and other industries. The company manufactured equipment by adopting super duplex stainless steel( SA240 S32750) materials,and this equipment hassome characteristic such as large size,heavy section,and high requirements on impact toughness and corrosion resistance of welding material and so on. Some parts need cold forming and deformation rate is high, so solid solution treatment is required to restore material properties.With the continuous progress of dual phase steel welding technology and heat treatment technology, based on the solid solution treatment process of raw materials in the practical work process,solid solution treatment after welding of dual phase steel was tested, and some experiences were accumulated. In order to prevent the influence of environment,the solution temperature was increased and a brief description was given.
