核电蒸发器水室封头内壁堆焊的电磁感应加热工装设计

Design of electromagnetic induction heating device for inner wall surfacing of the water chamber head in the nuclear power evaporator

  • 摘要: 采用保温毯和铰链的方案设计了一种核电蒸发器水室封头内壁堆焊的电磁感应加热工装。该工装由保温层、感应电缆、固定和张紧铰链等构成,达到了对工装要求使用寿命长、效率高的加热工艺目标。相比传统的工装模式,该设计可以大大减少安装辅助时间,极大地提高了生产效率。使用结果表明,线圈的使用寿命和感应电缆安装、调整的准确性都有了很大的提高。

     

    Abstract: An electromagnetic induction heating tooling was designed for the inner wall surfacing of the water chamber head in the nuclear power evaporator,which is made up of thermal insulation layer,cable fixing and tension hinge,and it is featured by long service life and high efficiency. Compared with the traditional tooling mode,the design can greatly reduce the installation time and improve the production efficiency.The application shows that the service life of the coil and the accuracy of the installation and adjustment of the induction cable had been greatly improved.
