轻质异种材料摩擦焊研究现状

Research status of friction welding of lightweight dissimilar materials

  • 摘要: 由于异种材料物理、化学性能及力学性能方面存在显著差异,导致其在焊接过程中容易出现被氧化、形成脆性金属间化合物、焊接变形严重等焊接缺陷。而摩擦焊作为一种绿色固相连接技术,因其焊接温度低、焊接质量好、焊接过程稳定等优点,已经在异种材料焊接中得到了广泛的应用。详细综述了异种材料搅拌摩擦焊、线性摩擦焊轴向摩擦焊的国内外研究进展,涉及到焊接工艺、力学性能和成分分析等方面,着重介绍了铝合金、镁合金、钛合金等轻质材料之间的摩擦焊接,并对今后的发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Due to the significant differences in physical,chemical and mechanical properties between dissimilar materials,it is prone to weld defects such as oxidation,brittle intermetallic compounds,and severe welding deformation during the welding process. As a kind of solid phase joining technology,friction welding has been widely used in the welding of dissimilar materials because of its low welding temperature,good welding quality and stable welding process. In this paper,the research progresses of friction stir welding,linear friction welding and axial friction welding of dissimilar materials were reviewed from welding processes,mechanical properties and composition analysis,and the lightweight materials such as aluminum alloy,magnesium alloy and titanium alloy were introduced in detail. The prospects for future development was discussed.
