填丝对马氏体不锈钢接头组织与性能的影响

Effects of filler on microstructure and mechanical properties of martensite stainless steel welded joint

  • 摘要: 试验采用ER308焊丝填充材料,调整AISI420马氏体不锈钢TIG焊缝微观组织,改善其接头力学性能。结果表明,随着ER308焊丝填充量的增加,420马氏体不锈钢TIG焊缝金相组织由典型的板条状组织转变为板条与枝晶混合组织,最终转变为全枝晶组织。通过直读光谱法测量焊缝位置元素含量变化,发现填充ER308焊丝后,焊缝中C含量减少,Cr,Ni含量增加。这一变化使得焊缝金属马氏体转变起始温度降低,导致室温焊缝中马氏体相比例减小。维氏硬度测试与拉伸试验表明,ER308焊丝填充材料可显著提升AISI420马氏体不锈钢TIG焊接头的塑韧性。

     

    Abstract: ER308 filler metal was used to change the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ISI 420 martensite stainless steel TIG welded joint. The results show that,with increasing the portion of ER308 filler metal transferred,the microstructure of the steel weld changes from lathed martensite to the mixed microstructure of lathe martensite and dendritic microstructure,and finally,all the microstructures of weld are dendritic. The tested results by optical emission spectrometry show that C content decreases and Cr and Ni contents increase in the welds when ER308 filler was used. Thus,the starting temperature of martensite transition in the welds decreases,which results in the decrease of the portion of martensite in the weld at room temperature. The Vickers hardness and tensile tests show that the ER308 filler metal can improve the ductility and toughness of the AISI 420 TIG welded joints obviously.
