一种9Ni钢埋弧横焊用烧结焊剂的研制

Study of transverse submerged arc welding flux for 9Ni steel

  • 摘要: 根据液化天然气低温储罐9Ni钢埋弧横焊成形工艺特点,从NiCrMo-4镍基埋弧焊材熔敷金属成形机理及性能控制角度,确定了CaF2-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3的氟碱性渣系,并进行了烧结埋弧焊剂配方的设计及试验研究,结果表明配方埋弧横焊工艺性良好,熔敷金属力学性能稳定,焊缝金属清洁度高,夹杂物的形态、数量、尺寸及分布均有利于焊缝金属的力学性能。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of the transverse submerged arc welding process of 9Ni steel for Liquefied Natural Gas( LNG) storage tank,CaF2-MgO-SiO2-Al2O3 fluorine alkaline slag system were determined based on the forming mechanism and the properties of Ni Cr Mo-4 welding material. And then,the formula was designed and the experiments were carried out. The results shows that the formula has good welding usability,the properties of the deposited metal are stable,the cleanliness of the welds is good and the shape,quantity,size and distribution of the inclusions are beneficial to the mechanical properties of the welds.
