一种低电流电弧焊模拟器的研究与应用

Research and application of a low current arc welding simulator

  • 摘要: 焊接技术是机械制造行业的重要技术之一,焊条电弧焊以其设备简单、操作灵活、易于控制焊接过程应力应变等优势在现代焊接技术中有着不可替代的地位。近年来,国内焊接技术的发展主要集中在新材料、新能源、新技术方面的开发与研究,而相对忽视焊接过程带来的负面问题。针对电弧焊培训过程中的焊接技术、能源消耗、环境负荷以及安全性等问题,综合考虑了传统电弧焊操作和现代计算机模拟器存在的优劣,结果表明焊接培训中一种低电流电弧焊模拟器的应用为“绿色”焊接技术提供一种新思路。

     

    Abstract: Welding technology is one of the important technical processes in the machinery manufacturing industry.Manual arc welding has an irreplaceable position in modern welding technology due to its simple equipment,flexible operation,easy control of the welding process stress and strain and other advantages.In recent years,the development of welding technology in China mainly focuses on new materials,new energy,research and development of new technology,while the negative problem of welding process is relatively neglected.In this paper,according to the training process of electric arc welding technology,energy consumption,environmental load and safety issues,based on the comprehensive consideration of pros and cons of traditional electric welding operation and modern computer simulator,a low current arc welding simulator was developed and applied in the training,which provides a new idea of "green" welding technology.
