基于小孔特征图像处理的变极性等离子弧焊接工艺研究
Variable polarity plasma arc welding based on keyhole characteristics

摘要: 铝合金变极性等离子弧焊是一种新型高效的焊接方法。针对等离子弧对焊接工艺参数的变化比较敏感的问题,建立了视觉传感系统用于实时采集和处理小孔图像,通过大量的焊接工艺试验探讨了等离子弧焊工艺参数对小孔特征及焊缝成型的影响。结果表明,采用合理的焊接参数并结合背面小孔视觉特征,可以实现铝合金的穿孔型变极性等离子焊接,并能够稳定地控制焊接过程。Abstract: Variable polarity plasma arc welding (VP-PAW) is a high efficient method for aluminum alloy, while it is sensitive to welding parameters. The effect of VP-PAW parameters on keyhole characteristics and weld appearance were studied. The results show that the welding process can be controlled by combining the suitable welding parameters and keyhole characteristics.
