电池盖板自动上料机构设计

Design of automatic feeding framework for welding of battery plate

  • 摘要: 针对电池盖板与镍带的焊接,采用电阻焊机预固定,然后用超声波焊机完成焊接。传统的生产一般采用人工上料方式,阻碍了生产效率的进一步提升。设计的电池盖板自动上料机构,主要由振动送料组件、阻挡组件、抓取组件、推送机构以及翻转机构组成。通过实际生产测试,自动上料机构运行稳定,具备24 h连续工作能力,而且节约2个人工成本。

     

    Abstract: For the welding of battery plate and nickel strip, resistance welding was used to prefix the parts, and then ultrasonic welding was used to weld battery plate. In traditional production, the parts were fed manually, which hindered the increase of production efficiency. The automatic feeding framework was designed, which consisted of vibratory feeder mechanism, stop institutions, grab institutions, push institutions, turnover mechanism. After real production test, automatic feeding framework can run stable and continuously for 24 hour made, and save two labor cost.
