镁/钛异种合金焊接的研究现状与展望
Research status and development of welding for magnesium/titanium dissimilar alloys

摘要: 对近年来镁/钛异种合金焊接的研究发展现状进行了综述,针对熔点差别大、非互溶不反应的镁/钛焊接,采用非传统的特种焊接方法辅以合金元素的界面改善是实现二者可靠连接的关键。界面冶金结合的调控是提高接头力学性能的核心之处。以激光焊、瞬时液相扩散焊等焊接方法分类阐述了镁/钛焊接研究的最新进展,并对镁/钛焊接的后续研究进行展望。Abstract: The research status of joining magnesium alloy to titanium alloy in recent years were summarized. Aiming at the quite different melting points between magnesium and titanium with immiscible and nonreactive characteristics, some special welding technologies complemented with alloying elements added to improve interfacial state is the key to obtain the reliable welding joint. The control of metallurgical reaction on interface is considered to be the core. The latest developments of Mg/Ti dissimilar joint were introduced such as laser welding and transient liquid phase welding. The research tendency was indicated as well.
