小管径钛合金(TA2)管焊接质量控制与气孔防止措施

Quality control and blowhole prevention in welding of small diameter titanium alloys (TA2) tube

  • 摘要: 钛及钛合金具有密度低、强度高、抗蚀性好等特点,在航空、航天及化工机械等领域得到了广泛应用。在钛合金管的施工过程中,若是管径较小(Φ20~Φ100 mm),则焊接施工难度便会增加。为了提高小管径钛合金管焊接时的质量,防止气孔的产生,介绍了焊接前环境和材料等方面的准备工作及焊接施工中的防止措施等内容,并对焊接质量检验方法进行了阐述。

     

    Abstract: Titanium and its alloys have the characteristics of low density, high strength, good corrosion resistance, and widely applied in aviation, aerospace, chemical machinery industries and other industries. In the construction of the titanium alloys tube, if the tube diameter is small (ϕ20~100 mm), the difficulty of welding construction will increase. In order to improve the welding quality of small diameter titanium alloys tube and prevent the blowhole from welding, the preparation of welding environment, material and preventive measures during welding were introduced, and the methods of welding quality inspection were also expounded.
