铝合金焊接工艺的研究 进展

Research progress and analysis of aluminum alloy welding

  • 摘要: 铝合金作为一种重要的轻金属材料,具有独特的性能优势,被广泛应用于各行各业。随着科学技术的进步,铝合金的焊接方法也不断增多。针对铝合金焊接方法的研究现状,对铝合金的钨极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊、搅拌摩擦焊、激光焊和电子束焊接进行了讨论。对焊后焊缝成形、组织演变及存在的缺陷进行研究,继而提出改善的措施,通过不断完善焊接工艺提高铝合金的使用性能,并对铝合金焊接的前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: As an important light metal material,aluminum alloy has unique performance advantages and is widely used in all kinds of fields. With the development of science and technology, more and more welding methods can be used to weld aluminum alloys. In view of the present research situation of aluminum alloy welding methods, the tungsten inert gas welding, metal inert gas welding, friction stir welding, laser welding and electron beam welding were introduced, the weld formation, microstructure evolution and the defects were discussed, and the improvement measures were proposed. The improvement of welding technologies were used to improve the performance of Aluminum Alloy. At last, the welding of Aluminum alloy was prospected.
