摘要: 建立了FGH96/GH4169惯性摩擦焊接头组织形成过程的有限元模型,分析了焊缝热变形组织和飞边的形成模式。结果表明,摩擦热的作用使近摩擦面处母材形成塑性层,塑性层在轴向顶锻力作用下发生塑性流动,形成拉长组织并在摩擦面高温、高压及高应变速率作用下发生动态再结晶,拉长组织边界消失,再结晶晶粒呈无序等轴状。摩擦面金属沿径向流动,在边缘处挤出,其摩擦面延伸侧受拉应力作用,最终形成卷曲飞边并实现自清理作用。Abstract: The model of inertia friction welding of FGH96/GH4169 was established and the forming process of the deformed grains in the joint was analyzed. The results show that the friction heat leads to the formation of the plastic laver near the interface, the plastic laver flow under the stress and results in the formation of the deformed grains. Eventually the boundary of the deformed grains are broken, and the weld zone consists of reined and equiaxed grains. The plastic metals on the interface flow on radial direction and ae squeezed to form the flash on the edge. The flash can take the inclusions out friction interface shows self clean effect.
