焊缝自适应跟踪控制系统设计

Control system design of adaptive welding seam tracking

  • 摘要: 为提高焊接质量,以焊缝跟踪为研究对象,基于视觉检测设计了一种焊缝自动跟踪系统。论述了焊缝偏差补偿流程;基于模糊控制提出了一种焊枪位置纠偏算法;为进一步提高焊缝跟踪精度,在模糊控制器中加入了自调节模块,其隶属度函数可以根据跟踪状态进行自适应调整,并进行了焊缝跟踪试验。试验结果表明,基于激光视觉检测的焊缝跟踪误差可控制在0.5 mm之内,其在精密焊接领域具有较大应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the welding quality,an automatic seam tracking system was designed based on the visual inspection. The welding inspection system consists of controller,rectifying motor,cross-sliding frame and welding gun,laser head and visual system. Firstly,the compensation process of weld deviation was discussed. Then,based on fuzzy control,a position correction algorithm for welding gun was proposed. In order to further improve the accuracy of seam tracking,a self-regulating module was used in the fuzzy controller,and its membership function can be adjusted according to the tracking state. Finally,the seam tracking test was carried out. The test results show that the welding seam tracking error can be controlled within 0.5 mm based on laser vision test,which has a great application prospect in the field of precision welding.
