国内外金属3D打印材料现状与发展

Current situation and development of 3D printing materials for metal at home and abroad

  • 摘要: 介绍了金属3D打印技术基本概念及工艺优势;总结了国内外金属3D打印材料种类、应用及制造工艺,分析了金属3D打印材料目前存在的问题及未来发展趋势。结果表明,铝合金、钛合金、铁基合金等金属3D打印材料发展迅速,传统的3D打印金属材料及复合材料需要进行重点研究。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the basic concepts and procedure advantages of 3D printing technology of metal were briefly introduced. The types,applications and manufacturing processes of 3D printing materials for metal at home and abroad were summarized. The development trend of 3D printing materials for metal was analyzed. The results showed that aluminum alloy,titanium alloy and iron-based alloy in the application of 3D printing materials for metal developed rapidly,and traditional 3D printing metal materials and composite materials need to study emphatically.
