Abstract:
The GH4169/1Cr18Ni9Ti dissimilar metals was bonded by vacuum brazing using the BNi82CrSiB nickel-based solder. The effect of brazing temperature on the interface microstructure, micro-hardness and joint properties was studied by optical microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, microhardness instrument and tensile testing machine. The results showed that, the joints were mainly composed of nickel-based solid solution in the 1 060-1 100 ℃, and there were no intermetallic phase in the joints. The fracture analysis results showed that all the joints failed with the ductile fracture mode in the diffusion zone closed to the 1Cr18Ni9Ti base metal.
