Thoughts on standardized research of temper bead

According to regulations on temper bead welding technique（ TBWT） in section Ⅸ,Ⅲ and Ⅺ of ASME standard and in section Ⅳof France RCC-M standard,foreign advanced industrial standards are introduced from two aspects of procedure qualification and implementation of application. On this basis,analysis and summary is carried out by combining with relevant studies at home and abroad. It is concluded that the foreign advanced industrial standard has its rationality,while some regulations are too conservative to make repair cost increase. In addition,variants in the procedure qualification of temper bead are all factors that affect the thermal cycling conditions. In order to introduce foreign advanced industrial standards and promote the development of domestic TBWT,relevant regulations should be studied in depth.
