Welding tests of high performance Q420qENH weathering bridge steel

For high performance Q420QENH weathering bridge steel plate in this paper,the re-inspection of the base material,the deposited metal test of the welding material,the weldability test of the steel plate,series of temperature impact test of the butt joint and the welding procedures qualification test of the typical joint were carried out to evaluate and analyze mechanical properties,weldability and weather resistance of the steel. The results could provide reference for the application of Q420qENH weathering steel in bridge fabrication.
