Design and implementation of intelligent welding procedure qualification system for marine boiler

  • Welding process of marine boiler is highly professional and empirical, and traditional manual work mode has been adopted all the time. There are problems such as “data island”, respecification, missed specification, heavy workload of process preparation and easy manual error, low efficiency of offline signing and approval. Aiming at the above problems in the paper, based on NB/T 47014 welding procedure qualification standard, Spring MVC, MySQL and other mainstream web development technology and database technology were used to design a welding procedure qualification system that included basic welding database, weldability calculation, process management, intelligent screening of process qualification and other functional modules. The results showed that the system could intelligently compile pre-welding procedure specification (pWPS), welding procedure specification (WPS), welding procedure qualification report (WPQR), accurately and automatically screen WPQR, sign and review process documents online, and share basic welding data, which improved efficiency of welding process preparation, reduced production costs, and promoted innovation of welding process formulation mode of marine boilers.
