Design of automatic equipment for riveting and laser welding of transformer core

For the riveting and laser welding of transformer core, the automatic equipment was designed, which was consisted of feeding machine, switched fixture, riveting machine, laser welding machine and loading mechanism. By designing many switched fixture and turntable mechanism with eight-station, the production efficiency is improved. The two copying block in the switched fixture were used to position the workpiece and clamped by the spring, which assure the welding quality.
