Design of laser welding and testing system for shift and gear shaft

The laser welding system and testing machine was designed to joint the shift and gear shaft. The machine realized the function of automatic loading the shift, positioning the gear shaft, position adjusting after assembly, automatic welding, testing after welding and automatic unloading. Through the gripper of the pressing components to position and clamp for the sample, then automatic welding was realized. The eddy flaw detector was used to test the welded products.
