  • The activating sealing in the vacuum device manufacturing application were discussed, and the melting temperature range and the wetting and spreading properties of 95Al2O3 ceramics were tested based on the homemade Ag-26.5Cu-4.5Ti (wt.%) solder. 95Al2O3 /Ag-26.5Cu-4.5Ti lap joints were prepared, and the microstructure of the joint was analyzed. In order to meet the sealing requirements of vacuum devices, the 95 Al2O3 ceramics were tested by active brazing, and the sealing strength and leakage rate were tested.
