Dissimilar metals welding technology between GH4169 and nickel electroforming

For the difficulty in welding of GH4169 to electroforming nickel，the states of electroforming nickel，welding wire and welding parameters were studied．Based on macroscopic features inspection，mechanical properties test and microstructures analysis，the optimized parameters for formal products and detection methods were determined．Finally，the trial run and flight check are succeeded．
