Design of laser welding system for medical calipers

The laser welding system was designed to weld the medical calipers to connecting rod. The profiling fixture of calipers and connecting rods were designed for precision positioning the welding track. The air cylinder of the bilateral driving mechanism takes the profiling fixtures to close and compress simultaneously, and then welding was carried out. The practical production results indicate that the system meets the requirements of product, and has high welding efficiency.
