The construction of the welding professional teachers with double-quality in vocational colleges

The first prize project of the provincial level teaching achievements of Vocational Education in Guangxi in 2017 was introduced. Aiming at the existing problems in construction of double title teachers team,Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity was taken as an example,the content and the guarantees mechanism of double qualification teachers team construction was explored,the service capacity for the local industry transformation was promoted,and eventually the quality and level of higher vocational education were upgraded,which has high application promotion value is high.
