Characteristics and cause of root cracks in fillet weld of T-joint for welded bridge

T-joint is widely used in the welded bridge,and there are many strict requirements for welding quality because of its complex stress condition. In this paper,the characteristic and causing factors of root cracks in fillet weld of T-joint were analyzed,the preventive and controllable measures were also proposed.
