Development of electrode ENiCrMo-2 for nickel base alloy

Aiming at the current situation that the welding of N08120 alloy depends on the imported electrodes,nationalization of electrode ENiC rM o-2 for nickel base alloy was studied. The results showed that all the performances of the developed electrode can meet the requirements and exhibits good technological performances in all position welding,excellent mechanical properties and hot cracking susceptibility. Its mechanical properties are equivalent to that of the imported products under certain welding process conditions.
