Development of stainless electrode E309L with excellent cracking susceptibility for nuclear power

  • Stainless electrode E309L was developed by reasonably adjusting ratio of fluoride,oxide and carbonate in the electrode,controlling chromium nickel equivalent ratio of deposited metal. The results showed that all performances of as-welded and heat treatment conditions can meet with the requirement,which exhibited good technological performances,excellent cracking susceptibility.
