Design of electromagnetic induction heating device for inner wall surfacing of the water chamber head in the nuclear power evaporator

  • An electromagnetic induction heating tooling was designed for the inner wall surfacing of the water chamber head in the nuclear power evaporator,which is made up of thermal insulation layer,cable fixing and tension hinge,and it is featured by long service life and high efficiency. Compared with the traditional tooling mode,the design can greatly reduce the installation time and improve the production efficiency.The application shows that the service life of the coil and the accuracy of the installation and adjustment of the induction cable had been greatly improved.
