Optimization of mobile flash welding process for U78CrV rail

The orthogonal design test was used to test the most important parameters affecting themobile flash-butt welding quality of U78 CrV heat treating rail. The optimum welding parameters of U78 CrV were obtained,and the relationship between welding parameters and welding quality was analyzed. Welding parameters were optimized to improve debugging efficiency of welding parameters and quickly accumulate debugging experience.
