Application of TIG welding technology for Cr22 type S31803 duplex stainless steel

In order to meet the welding tasks of duplex stainless steel pipe in a petrochemical device, the TG welding process was used. On the basis of analysis of weldability and repeated tests, the reasonable welding material. welding method, welding process parameters and operation techniques and operation focus were determined, and the physical and chemical tests of the welded joint were caried out. The results show that it is feasible to use the TIG welding procedure, the welding properties can be guaranteed. The studies can be used as a reference for welding process of the similar material.
