Design of fiber laser welding system for stator

For the welding of multilayer silicon steel sheets in the stator,the laser welding system was designed using the 2 000 W fiber laser matching robot.The system was constied of robot,laser processing head,fixture module and displacement machine.To avoid the transformation in welding,the fixture module has the functions of clamp force in the horizontal and vertical simultaneously.The displacement machine matched the robot to improve the productivity for the diameter of the product was over 780 mm.The result of actual production showed that the quality of products meet requirements and the production efficiency is over 1 pcs/min.
