典型焊接坡口的水浸超声检测分析

Analysis of water immersion ultrasonic testing for typical welding grooves

    目的 旨在考察粉末冶金多孔元件几种典型焊接坡口对关键连接件强度的影响。
    方法 文中利用水浸超声技术分析了不开坡口、I形坡口、V形坡口3种形式对焊接接头的影响。
    结果 通过研究,验证了水浸超声检测技术对复杂对接焊缝评价的有效性;水浸超声检测技术可考察焊缝不同位置的形貌,并分析焊缝宽度、深度、深度占比等数据;环拉结果表明,不开坡口、I形坡口、V形坡口3种样品焊接强度依次增大,表明焊缝处深度越高、深度占比越大,相应对接环的焊接强度越高。
    结论 评价了不开坡口、I形坡口、V形坡口3种典型焊接接口,其焊缝处深度依次增高、深度占比依次增大,相应对接接头处强度依次增高。

     

    Abstract: Objective The aim is to investigate the influence of several typical welding grooves on the strength of key connectors in powder metallurgy porous components. Methods This study uses immersion ultrasound testing technology to analyze the effects of three forms of non groove, I-shaped groove and V-shaped groove on welded joints. Results Through research, the effectiveness of water immersion ultrasonic testing technology in evaluating complex butt welds has been verified, water immersion ultrasonic testing technology can examine the morphology of different positions of the weld and analyze data such as weld width, depth and depth proportion. The results of the ring drawing show that the welding strength of the three samples non groove, I-shaped groove and V-shaped groove increases in sequence, indicating that the higher the depth and proportion of the weld, the higher the welding strength of the corresponding docking ring. Conclusion Three typical welding interfaces, namely non groove, I-shaped groove, and V-shaped groove are evaluated. The depth and depth proportion of the weld increases in order, and the strength of the corresponding butt joint increased in order.
