超声波焊接振幅对线束−端子接头性能的影响

Effect of ultrasonic welding amplitude on performance of joints between wire harness and terminal

    目的 旨在探究分段超声波焊接振幅对线束−端子接头性能及微观组织的影响。
    方法 以EVR50平方屏蔽高压线为研究对象,采用单一变量对线束进行超声波焊接试验,以分段焊接振幅为变量,通过拉伸试验、导线性测试和扫描电镜试验对接头静力学性能及微观组织进行系统地研究。
    结果 结果表明,当焊接振幅为60%/60%时,接头均值载荷为3.5 kN、接头电阻为43 μΩ;当焊接振幅为80%/80%时,接头均值载荷为4.5 kN,接头电阻为42 μΩ;当焊接振幅为80%/60%时,接头均值载荷为3.4 kN,接头电阻为43 μΩ;当焊接振幅为60%/80%时,接头均值载荷为4.9 kN,接头电阻为41 μΩ。
    结论 接头载荷随着焊接振幅的提升而增大,提升焊接过程后半段振幅比提升前半段振幅其焊接接头力学性能更优,且发现线束与端子从焊接工具头方向向内逐渐实现连接。

     

    Abstract: Objective The aim is to investigate effect of segmented ultrasonic welding amplitude on performance and microstructure of wire harness-terminal joints. Methods Taking EVR 50 square shielded high-voltage wire as a research object, ultrasonic welding experiments were conducted on wire harnesses with a single variable. Taking segmental welding amplitude as a variable, static mechanical properties and microstructure of welded joints were systematically investigated by tensile tests, conductivity tests and scanning electron microscope experiments. Results The results show that when welding amplitude is 60%/60%, the mean load of welded joints is 3.5 kN and resistance of welded joints is 43 μΩ. When welding amplitude is 80%/80%, the mean load of welded joints is 4.5 kN and resistance of welded joints is 42 μΩ. When welding amplitude is 80%/60%, the mean load of welded joints is 3.4 kN and resistance of welded joints is 43 μΩ. When welding amplitude is 60%/80%, the mean load of welded joints is 4.9 kN and resistance of welded joints is 41 μΩ. Conclusion Load of welded joints increases with welding amplitude, and mechanical properties of welded joints are better in the second half of welding process than those in the first half of welding process, and it is found that the connection between wire harness and terminal is gradually realized inward from the direction of welding tool head.
